George has over 25 years of experience in patent and trademark portfolio management, IP strategy and technology exploitation. He holds a juris doctorate (JD) degree from George Washington U. Law as well as a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, with significant post-secondary training and hands-on experience in business, law and technology.

Mr. Pappas held the positions of VP of Patents and IP Strategy at Qualcomm Inc., Senior/Division Counsel at Volvo Cars inc., and Motorola Inc., as well as at Tier 1 globally ranked law firms in Washington DC, Chicago and California.

George Pappas has a very diverse and solid technical background with deep working knowledge in the fields of IC digital design, semiconductor processing, EDA tools, AI/ML/MLOps, cloud and network computing, 5G/4G, RF and mixed signal processing, computer networks, AD, navigation systems, sensor technologies, video/audio processing and in general Computer Implemented Inventions (CIP).
