As a paralegal, Evangelia supports and advises clients on administrative matters, prepares and properly archives necessary documentation. Evangelia undertakes various tasks such as communicating with clients, following-up and updating submission deadlines, preparing reports and offers for clients, indexes and files significant amounts of data which creates a perfect and incredibly useful filing system. Finally, she is responsible for scheduling, organizing, and joining meetings with clients while ensuring all information provided to and by clients is checked with the relevant authorities and the related Intellex specialists.
Evangelia holds a bachelor’s degree (BCs) in Automation Systems and a Master of Science (MSc) in Broadband and Mobile Communication Networks from Kent University. She is a great team player with several years of experience in customer support.
