At Intellex as a paralegal, Angeliki interacts on a daily basis with clients, takes part in meetings with current clients and prospecting ones. Angeliki is responsible for collecting new information and sharing it with customers, based on their needs and in order to secure our client’s file. She liaises with the relevant authorities (European Patent Office, WIPO, OBI) to ensure the smooth completion of tasks and keeps up to date with new legislations. She prepares and finalises ​files on behalf of the attorneys/consultants. Amongst other tasks, which are necessary to the functioning of the firm, Angeliki is responsible for filing and archiving, both in electronic and paper format and ensures the timely execution of deadlines.
